Resumen de La ciudadanía en los movimientos contrahegemónicos: una aproximación desde el Sur

  Este trabajo propone, un análisis teórico de la condición de la ciudadanía en América Latina y en otras latitudes del mundo donde están teniendo lugar importantes movimientos contrahegemónicos. En estas formas de organización social se están gestando, nuevas formas de concebir y de practicar la ciudadanía, por lo que en este trabajo se plantea pensar a la ciudadanía como un concepto umbral que permita hacer una crítica al concepto liberal, asumiendo el reto de dar lugar a nuevas categorías, como la que aquí se propone de ciudadanía autogestiva, para aprehender las relaciones sociales que están teniendo lugar en estas movilizaciones, formas de autoorganización y participación política que han desbordado la representación. Para ello en este trabajo se intenta hacer una traducción intercultural entre el pensamiento crítico eurocéntrico y el pensamiento ancestral indígena latinoamericano a partir de autores de esta región.

  This work proposes a theoretical analysis of the condition of citizenship in Latin America and other parts of the world where they are taking place important counter-hegemonic movements. In these forms of social organization are being developed, new ways of thinking and practice of the citizenship, so this work pretends to think the citizenship as a threshold concept that allows for a critique of the liberal concept, assuming the challenge to rise to new categories such as proposed here autogestiva citizenship, to apprehend the social relations that are taking place in these social movements, self-organization and political participation that have overflowed the representation. To do so in this paper attempts to make an intercultural translation between Eurocentric critical thinking and thinking Latin American indigenous ancestral authors from this region.
