Simonton's positive imagery plays an interesting role in cancer prevention and treatment, being practiced in many clinics in USA.Thies method is created by Carl Simonton, M.D. in Travis USAF base who developed it from biofeedback theories. Positive imagery consists in visualizations of affected parts and inmune defenses against cancer, and today is known that positive thinking is beneficial to our inmune system. Positive imagery is played in relaxation, because in this state we can modify more easily the impulses from the brain.
