  • In lst issue's column, I discussed the concept of a "hostile workplace" and the need for companies to monitor the behavior of their employees. Having introducing the concept, I'd like to take this oportunity to discuss workplace harassment and explain something that frequently confuses people about freedom of speech (and other Constituional rights). While this topic is not directly related to computers and technology, it's somethinhg that managers need to know and understand. [1]
