Resumen de Catalanisme i construcció simbòlica: Qüestions generals i un cas particular: el noucentisme targarí (1898-1936)

  Aquest article es planteja tres objectius. D’una banda, fer una primera aproximació als grans marcs referencials recreats per les expressions majoritàries del catalanisme a cavall dels segles XIX i XX, i escatir-ne els factors bàsics de la sociogènesi, reproducció i evolució. Per tal d’aprofundir en aquest objectiu, examina d’antuvi els factors més bàsics que intervenen en la construcció i legitimació de la regió o la nació per part del catalanisme. Així, analitza, d’una banda, la concepció de comunitat en el catalanisme i com varia en les diverses expressions del catalanisme conforme a la mateixa evolució del moviment, i, d’altra banda, avalua el paper necessari dels models culturals/civilitzatoris i dels sentiments/consciències regionalistes i nacionalistes en la construcció i legitimació de la regió o nació per part del catalanisme. El segon objectiu és fer una breu aproximació a la naturalesa dels símbols del noucentisme. I el tercer, és presentar un univers local específic d’imaginari noucentista: el que basteix la burgesia catalanista de Tàrrega des dels últims anys del segle XIX fins a la Guerra Civil del segle XX.

  This article considers three objectives. On the one hand, it takes an initial look at the main referential themes recreated by the main expressions of Catalanism in the years between the XIXth and XXth century, and selects the basic factors of their social, reproductive and evolutionary origins. In order to study this objective in more detail, he begins to examine the most basic factors that take place in the building and the legitimisation of the region or nation on behalf of Catalanism. So, on the one hand, he analyses the conception of a community in terms of Catalanism, and how this changes into diverse expressions of Catalanism depending on the same evolution of the movement, while on the other hand, he evaluates the basic role of the cultural/civilization models and of the regional and national feeling or awareness in the construction and legitimisation of the region or nation from the perspective of Catalanism. The second objective is to carry out a short approximation on the nature of symbols from the XIXth century. And the third is to introduce a specific local universe of XIXth century imaginarium: the one that decorated the Catalan bourgeoisy of Tàrrega from the last years of the XIXth century until the Civil war in the XXth century.
