  O presente artigo busca examinar, em termos gerais, como a hermenêutica jurídica será profundamente transformada e enriquecida ao incorporar os achados científicos sobre o funcionamento do cérebro humano. Com base neles, será possível construir diferentes hábitos mentais, em lugar dos vieses, que levam o intérprete a ver somente o que quer ver.Palavras-chave: interpretação jurídica, hermenêutica, ciência.

  This article aims to analyze, in general grounds, how legal interpretation will be deeply transformed and enriched by incorporating scientific findings on the functioning of the human brain.
