  • Modifying UNIX disk quotas can be a hassle. The command interface provided by major UNIX plattforms is quite cumbersome. Perhaps this issue will be adrressed (fixed) one day, with appropiate command line options or some other mechanism being added to the API.

    In this article I'll discuss a tool that helps to work around this unnecessarily annoying system-administration duty. Some basic knowledge of the standard UNIX disk-quota system is assumed.
