  • The article offers a guide to the London Interbank Offered Rate (Libor) manipulation scandal involving financial services bank Barclays and its ramifications. The views of a barrister on the charges prosecutors could pursue against banks that are allegedly manipulating Libor are stated. Also cited is the result of a market poll on who should oversee Libor to improve the benchmark. Market reviews on the aspects of the benchmark must chare are presented.
