Resumen de Slovakia: : Limitations on ownership rights.
The article reports on a legislative proposal submitted to Slovakian Parliament which limits the right of foreign natural persons from European Union (EU) states to acquire and own agricultural land in the country. The criteria to become an eligible buyer of a agricultural land and the procedure for selling are mentioned. Also identified are the types of land, buyers and transfers of land exempted from the rules.
