  • The article presents update on the changes in Russian public-private partnerships (PPP). Among the cited factors to the increase in PPP activity are political support, the requirement to improve existing infrastructure, and the development of PPP legislation. Also discussed are the role of local investors in the growth of PPPs, the use of concessions in carrying out PPPs, and the proposes state financial support for PPP projects.
