The article investigates whether there are enough infrastructure projects to absorb the growing volume of private debt funds being raised in Europe. Figures presented indicate the volume of infrastructure debt raised globally in 2013. It raises the concern of an executive about the unpreparedness of project sectors for liquidity. Also discussed is the difficulty facing project managers in identifying potential assets once capital has been raised.
