  • The article reports on the plan of the Santiago Stock Exchange of Chile and Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (TSXV) of Ontario to form a joint venture, called Santiago Stock Exchange Venture, that will allow companies to dual-list on both bourses. Topics covered are the disclosure requirements for both bourses, the potential advantages for companies of listing on a Latin American exchange, and the cost and compliance requirements for firms that intend to dual list on both stock exchanges.
