The article discusses the highlights of the European Capital Market's Forum of the International Financial Law Review (IFLR), held at the Waldorf Hotel in London, England on April 2, 2014. Topics discussed are the three asset classes of choice of investors and regulators, which are high yield, securitisation and retail structured products. The lessons to be learned from the Key Information Document (KID) for undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (Ucits) are shared.
