  • The article focuses on proactive approach to due diligence and financing taken by banks to cope with sanctions placed on Russian and Ukrainian officials by the U.S. and the European Union. Topics discussed include the continuous monitoring required for institutions considering financing projects or which already hold assets in Russia, and suggestions to limit exposure to sanctions regimes.
