  • The article offers suggestions for resolving merger and acquisition (MA)-related disputes. Topics discussed include the importance of familiarity with, or at least recognition of, differences between regimes, the threshold question when drafting a dispute resolution clause, and costs associated with the proceedings in the different jurisdictions.
