The article discusses a regulation proposed by the Colombian Superintendence of Finance which was aimed at revising certain existing regulations concerning the derivatives market in Colombia. These include a modification that allows the Central Counterparty Risk Chamber (CCRC) to establish its own price valuations with the price vendor, and another change that allows the CCRC to clear and settle financial derivatives and structured products.
