  • The article discusses the amendments to the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012 that are intended to resolve the practical issues and uncertainties that arose since its implementation in Cyprus in 2012. Topics covered include an exclusion for private trustee companies that belong to the beneficiaries of the trust, and a change in the regulation on the role of protector of a trust.
