  • The article discusses the Government of the Republic of Kenya's ratification of the Double Taxation Treaty (DTT) with the Republic of Mauritius which will take effect on January 1, 2015. Topics covered include the economic benefits of the DTT to the two countries, the economic growth in Kenya, and the methods that can be used to achieve the agreement's objective of terminating DT.
