• The article advises accountants about the actions that could be taken should a financial fraud occurs in their banks in Poland. One is to report the fraud to the relevant law enforcement authorities. Another is to start a civil action against the Polish recipient of the funds. Hiring a private investigator to know if there are potential insiders and links within the company to the scheme is also advisable.
