  • The article looks at the dissatisfaction of investors in European high-yield bonds with the deterioration of safeguards in the growing debt markets in Europe. Topics covered include concern of investors about the suspension of change of control clauses and the reduction in non-call periods, and a demand for more disclosure on documents governing bond sales.
