  • Intangible heritage is concerned with aspects of culture which have no material form. It includes traditions, language and orally transmitted music and text. It is also concerned with traditional perfomance arts, and with public and private rituals, and symbols. Preservation and curation present particular problems, because the mere act of recording changes the nature of what which is being recorded
