Resumen de Cómo actualizar la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la comunicación para incorporar los avances teóricos y científicos

Miembros del Claustro de la UNAM, alumnas y alumnos que me hacéis el honor de otorgarme este reconocimiento académico y de asistir al seminario dedicado a mi obra teórica: Puesto que concurren tantas personas universitarias, permítanme que en esta introducción a las sesiones del seminario, trate de la docencia y el estudio de la teoría de la comunicación. Concretamente, me voy a referir a las transformaciones que se están produciendo en su enseñanza y el aprendizaje para incorporar los nuevos hallazgos y los avances teóricos que están en curso. Les mostraré que esta renovación permite situar los estudios de la comunicación en el espacio de los conocimientos científicos. Y que el nuevo estatuto científico otorga a los docentes y alumnos, un status académico mejor definido y más valorado.

Specifically, I will refer to the changes that are occurring in their teaching and learning in order to incorporate new findings and theoretical advances that are underway. I will show you that this renewal allows to place communication studies in the space of scientific knowledge. And that the new scientific status provides teachers and students a better defined and more valued academic status.
