  • The article offers information related to the state of the real estate industry in Greece. It is noted that South-East Europe (SEE) remained as top European destination for short-term and long-term investment opportunities despite downtrend due to the financial and liquidity crisis. It is noted that Greece has secured a strong comparative advantage in comparison to its neighbouring SEE countries and its real estate market remains a focal point for foreign investors.
