  • The article discusses new listing rules issued by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in October 2014 for certain mining companies. It is statd that the under the revised rule mining company in possession of an Mining Business Licence may apply for registration with the stock exchange prior to start production activity. It also rules that holding company of a pre-production mining company may apply for listing with the IDX.
