  • The article informs that a Foreclosure Law will be issued by Cyprus to amend the procedure for the forced sale of mortgaged property to allow for private auctions. Topics discussed include issues relaed to Foreclosure Law, six other legislative bills that would inevitably mitigate the effects of the new law and details of the Article 140 of the Cyprus constitution.
