  • The article discusses various initiatives taken by Nicaragua to prevent terrorism. It is stated that the President of Nicaragua has approved Decree 17-2014, which is associated with measures for freezing of funds or assets related to terrorism and its financing . It is also stated that a list containing names of persons associated with terrorist activities and financing of terrorism formulated by the United Nations Security Council has received by the nation.
