  • The article discusses amendments made by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) as part of the amended part of the Securities Listing Regulations as of October 31, 2014 to change the listing requirements for stock acquisition rights as a rights offering. It is stated that rights offering is a capital increase method for existing shareholders under two required conditions which includes examination of the reasonableness of the capital increase by a securities company.
