  • In this article Guillaume Eliet, head of the regulatory policy and international affairs directorate at France's Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) talks about new French banking law. He tells that AMF does not want to contradict with provisions of the incoming Mifid II and it is ready to implement all European directives and regulations. He said that the government is also working on the banking separation law.
