Resumen de Europe: : Risky business.

• The article discusses issues related to proposal of Prudential Regulation Authority(PRA) for the senior manager regime to create a new framework to encourage financial executives to take greater responsibility for their actions. It is noted that PRA is planning to reverse the burden of proof to make bank bosses accountable for breaches within their areas of responsibility.
