  • The article reports on a covered bond program established by Isil Ökten Aslihan Özbey Akbank TAS in an aggregate principal amount of 1.1 billion dollars in Turkey. It is stated that a deal with the European Investment Bank (EIB) has also been signed by the issuer for the first bond series following the approval of the base prospectus by the Central Bank of Ireland.
