  • The article reports on the development of risk-based supervision framework by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) since the beginning of 2014. It is noted that the framework aims to increase the effectiveness of its regulatory activities by focusing on the entities and activities that are of greatest importance.
