  • The article reports on the banks' internal risk calculations in Europe. It is noted that all debt issued by the bloc's 28 member states could be automatically rated by banks as free under European Union rules. It is mentioned that banks have been amassing a record amount of this dicey government debt despite promising to change their ways.
