Topics discussed include replacememt of the Market Abuse Directive (MAD) by the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) on July 3, 2016, impact of the new compliance rule on smaller companies with securities traded on local exchanges and need for corporations to abide by record-keeping and reporting requirements under MAR.
