• The article discusses a court case involving Mall of Mont Choisy Ltd. (MML) and Pick 'N' Pay Retailers. It is noted that MML had contract to develop and lease a supermarket with Pick 'N' Pay under exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts, proceedings in the Mauritian court against defendants Pick 'N' Pay for unpaid rent by MML and validity of the arbitration agreement between both parties.
