The article discusses concurrent expert evidence in Great Britain which is designed to focus expert evidence on the issues that British judges find most helpful. Legal costs are addressed, along with international arbitration and law reform efforts that are designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of legal proceedings in Great Britain. The success of a Manchester Concurrent Evidence Pilot program in 2014 is examined, along with the judicial decision-making process.
