  • The article presents a roundtable discussion featuring several law firm managing partners such as Mark Ferbrache, Frances Woo, and Richard Gerwat who address topics such as the offshore legal industry, the influence of emerging markets such as Africa, Vietnam, and Myanmar, and the impact of global unrest on the offshore sector. Internationalisation is mentioned, along with law firm mergers and consolidations. The opening of law offices in international finance centres is also examined.
