  • Investigations into the Big Six energy companies could herald even more regulatory changes for the sector, but Eon's head of legal Kirinjeet Kalsi is taking it all in her stride.

    When Eon's UK head of legal Graham Line stepped down as a result of the start of a major probe by energy regulator Ofgem in 2014, Kirinjeet Kalsi was the ideal candidate to fill his shoes.

    Not only did Kalsi have a raft of stellar experience in the energy legal sector and was well versed in the Eon way, having worked as legal counsel at the company for six years, but she had also worked closely with a number of the Big Six energy companies during her almost-13 years at legacy Wragge & Co.
