Research was conducted to evaluate the effect of parity upon the oestrus induction and fertility in crossbred bovine female treated with one single dose of PGF2a. Inyection of 25 mg of Lutalyse, 500 mg of Estrumate or 15 mg of Prosolvin, was given to 731 cows (>60 days postpartum) and 231 heifers (body weight>340 kg) after a corpus luteum by rectal palpation.
