  • Two hundred sixty seven West-African lambs were used to find the effect of type of lambing (single, double or triple) on body weight at differents ages. The information was taken from «Palmichal S. C.» Experimental station, located in El Hornito, Miranda county of Zulia state, Venezuela, characterized as very dry tropical forest. The evaluation was done from 1993 to 1995. Least square means from analysis of variance was done to analize the data. The body weight was affected (P.05).
