El artículo propone pensar el debate sobre la burocracia en el contexto de los cambios ocurridos en nuestras sociedades en las últimas décadas. A juicio del autor, estos cambios obligan a repensar la doctrina weberiana sobre la burocracia.

This article deals with the debate on bureaucracy in the context of the changes occurred within our societies in the last decades. According to the author, these changes compel to rethink Weber’s doctrine of bureaucracy.
