Resumen
- This article is a presentation of the information gathered in an evaluation of graduate chemistry departments in the United States. Rather than being a multidisciplinary report, it only addresses research activity and productivity. It attempts to decouple the performance of a chemistry department from the reputation of its institution by avoiding the use of "peer evaluations". Only numerical data is used, and these results are correlated with data obtained from the Conference Board of Associated Research Councils (CBARC).
