  El artículo aborda tanto la pregunta de cuáles son las obligaciones de los Estados que han ratificado la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos y que han concedido competencia a la Corte Interamericana, como el objetivo general de identificar los elementos de cada obligación. Los resultados se obtienen gracias al desarrollo de una investigación básica, deductiva y descriptiva.

  The article addresses both the question of which are the obligations of the States that have been ratified by the American Convention on Human Rights and have granted jurisdiction to the Inter American Court, as well as the general objective of identifying the elements of each obligation. The results are obtained through the development of a basic, deductive and descriptive research.
