  Las nuevas tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones generan una aldea global, olvidando sus implicaciones éticas; en donde las relaciones multiculturales e interculturales trascienden el plano de una ética social a veces no fortalecida. El artículo analiza el diálogo intercultural desde horizontes tecnológicos que afectan la condición humana. Se desarrolla una contrastación teórica de base crítica. Se concluye cómo el diálogo intercultural está marcado por una complejidad que ha dejado de ser un espectro para convertirse en destino de lucha contra el subdesarrollo ético; frente a una humanidad que despierta en la noción antropo-ética, bajo el imperativo del diálogo intercultural.

  AbstractThe new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) generate a global village where their ethical implications are forgotten, and where multicultural and intercultural relations reach far beyond the not often strong enough field of social ethics. This article analyzes the intercultural dialogue from a technological horizon that is affecting the human condition. It develops a theoretical contrast on a critical basis. It concludes that intercultural dialogue is marked by a complexity that is no longer a spectre, but has become a destiny of struggle against ethical underdevelopment, where humankind wakes to an anthropo-ethical notion, under the imperative of intercultural dialogue.
