Resumen de ¿Hay políticas de Estado en la Argentina?: Aproximaciones a un concepto

  Este trabajo se propone problematizar y poner en perspectiva el uso y abuso que en el lenguaje político actual se hace de la idea de "política de Estado"; cuestión sobre la que ya algunos autores han hecho significativos aportes, aunque parecieran insuficientes porque la noción se utiliza cada vez más con mayor confusión. Se pretende entonces avanzar en la búsqueda de los límites de esta noción, indagar sobre su sentido y alcance, analizar la posibilidad de encontrar atributos específicos, si hay políticas en la Argentina que puedan ser calificadas como políticas de Estado y qué implica su existencia en democracia. En consecuencia, en este primer abordaje trabajaremos sobre los usos cotidianos del concepto de políticas de Estado y al hablar de éstos nos referiremos, principalmente, a fuentes documentales no académicas.

  This paper intends to problematize and put into perspective the use and abuse in the current political language about the idea of "State policy". Some authors have already made significant contributions, but seem insufficient because the notion increasingly used to further confusion. The idea is search the limits of this notion, inquire about the meaning and scope, analyze the possibility of finding specific attributes, whether there are policies in Argentina that could be classified as State policies and what does its existence in a democracy . Consequently, in this first approach, we will work on the everyday uses of the concept of State policy and to speak of these we will refer, primarily, to documentary sources not academic.
