The cooperation around the life of the Human Being since their primal existence, points to the fact that cooperation among them was a mean to achieve common goals. In organizations an increase of cooperation can lead to an increase of competiveness to other groups outside of the organization, leading to competitiveness advantages.The present article results from an investigation conducted in Mestrado in Intervenção Sócio Organizaciona em Saúde under guidance of PhD Joaquim Fialho, which focuses in the identification of the cooperation level on a Multidisciplinary Team of a health service in Hospital, then trying to understand the intra-organizational dynamics between the different actors under the guidance of Social Networks Analysis (SNA). Approaching the concept of social networks in a dynamic perspective, which is not fixed, but aided by a dual research by applying a quantitative approach (sociometric survey) in two different times, with subsequent application of an interview with the key actor in the network, to understand better the metamorphoses of the network and allowing the creation of early alert signs in the organization.

La cooperación está presente en la vida del ser humano desde su existencia primordial, lo que apunta a la colaboración entre las personas, con el fin de alcanzar objetivos comunes. En las organizaciones una mayor cooperación puede conducir a una mayor competitividad con otros grupos externos a la organización, lo que lleva a esta actuales ventajas competitivas. Este artículo es el resultado de una investigación realizada en el marco del Máster en Intervención Social en Salud Organizacional bajo la dirección del profesor Joaquim Fialho, que se centra en identificar el nivel de cooperación en el Equipo Multidisciplinario de un servicio de salud ubicado en un hospital, tratando así entender la dinámica intra-organizacionales entre los diferentes actores, bajo la dirección de Análisis de Redes Sociales (ARS). Abordar el concepto de las redes sociales en una perspectiva dinámica, que no es fijo, entonces rescata a una doble investigación aplicando un enfoque cuantitativo (cuestionario sociométrico) en dos puntos en el tiempo, con la solicitud posterior a la entrevista el actor clave en la red, entonces la comprensión metamorfosis de la red y permite la creación de los signos de alerta temprana en la organización.
