Resumen de Perfil cognitivo y psicopatológico asociados a la conducta antisocial

  El objetivo del presente estudio fue establecer los componentes del perfil cognitivo y psicopatológico que caracterizan a los individuos judicialmente condenados, discriminando además el diagnóstico de trastorno de la personalidad antisocial (TPA). Participaron 607 personas que se dividieron en dos grupos: 398 casos (con TPA) y 209 controles (sin TPA). Instrumentos: YSQ-L (Young y Brown, 1999) validado por Castrillón et al. (2005), EEC-M (Londoño et al., 2006), el MCMI-II (Millon, 1999) y la MINI (Scheehan y Lecrubier, 1999). Los resultados: las variables asociadas con la conducta antisocial fueron esquemas de insuficiente autocontrol autodisciplina, derecho grandiosidad y privación emocional, estrategias de evitación cognitiva y religión, personalidad paranoide, compulsiva y esquizoide y síndrome clínico delirante.

  Se reportó una función discriminante con un índice del 58,3% de predicción de la clasificación acertada para el grupo con TAP con el siguiente perfil cognitivo: reacción agresiva (0,680) y evitación cognitiva (0,576).

  The objective of this study was to establish the components of the cognitive and psychopathological profile that characterize individuals judicially condemned, discriminating diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder (TPA). Participated 607 people which were divided into two groups: 398 cases (whith TPA) and 209 controls (without TPA). Instruments:  YSQ-L (Young & Brown, 1999), validated by Castrillon et al. (2005), EEC-M (Londoño et al, 2006), the MCMI-II (Millon, 1999) and MINI (Scheehan and Lecrubier, 1999).   Results: Variables associated with antisocial behavior were self-sufficient schemes of self-discipline, right grandeur and emotional privation, cognitive avoidance strategies, and religion, paranoid personality, schizoid, and compulsive and delusional clinical syndrome.   A discriminant function was reported at a rate of 58,3% correct prediction of the classification for the group with TAP cognitive profile with an aggressive reaction (0,680) and cognitive avoidance (0,576).
