En este documento se aborda el tema del amparo directo en materia del trabajo en virtud de las reformas que han tenido la Ley Federal del Trabajo y la Ley de Amparo realizadas por el gobierno federal y que por disposición de los artículos 103 y 107 de la Constitución, es el único medio de defensa jurídica que tienen los patrones o los trabajadores cuando las Juntas de Conciliación y Arbitraje anto Federal como Local, han dictado el laudo que pone fin al proceso deltrabajo.

This document addresses the topic of the direct appeal for legal protection on labor issues under the reforms that have had the Federal Labor Law and the Legal Protection Law made by the federal government.
