    El ensayo analiza el movimiento etnopolítico de la comunidad de pueblos originarios del municipio de Tepoztlán en contra de la construcción de un club de golf, conflicto social de naturaleza contrahegemónico instrumentado por el sujeto colectivo en defensa del territorio, el medioambiente, la identidad y el patrimonio cultural amenazados por la expansión del capital en el contexto de éstas modernas sociedades tradicionales. Ante el riesgo social, ambiental y político su agentividad los lleva a la resistencia étnica enarbolada por el sujeto histórico, lo que contrasta con los llamados nuevos movimientos sociales.

    This essay analyzes the ethnopolitical mouvement of the original comunal towns of the municipio of Tepoztlán, against the construction of a golf court; this brings a social conflict against the capitalist hegemony repeled by the collective subject in defense of the territory, the environment, the cultural identity and the cultural patrimony threaten by the expansion of capitalism in these traditionalist modern societies, who react against the social risks, the environmental risks and also the political risks. The historic subjetc have stablish the raising of their agency in their ethnic resistance, these aspects show a great difference regarding the so called new social mouvements.
