  • The US patent system has been the topic of numerous papers in JCE. Although many are repetitious summaries of patent history and proceures, several of the articles published in the 1940s provide insight into patent issues prevalent in that decade. This contribution looks back at all the papers on this topic published in JCE, starting in 1929.
