    This paper is a tentative approach of communicating the main aspects of the life and work of Leopold Infeld, particularly its close academic relationship with Albert Einstein. Despite the fact that the present text has been written in the form of a fictitious interview, the presented information is based on reliable bibliographic academic sources. The text tries to present in a light and funny manner not only the main scientific contributions of Infeld, but also a glimpse of his admirable personality.

    Este artigo é uma tentativa de abordar os principais aspectos da vida e da obra de Leopold Infeld, particularmente do seu estreito relacionamento acadêmico com Albert Einstein. Apesar do presente texto haver sido escrito na forma de uma entrevista fictícia, as informações apresentadas estão baseadas em fontes bibliográficas de reconhecido valor acadêmico. O texto tenta mostrar de uma forma leve e possivelmente divertida não apenas as contribuições científicas de Infeld, mas, sobretudo um pouco de sua admirável personalidade.
