Proceso de gestión de recursos humanos en un ámbito universitario

    El presente trabajo fue desarrollado en la Dirección de Recursos Humanos del Instituto Superior Politécnico “José Antonio Echeverría” (Cujae). Con la finalidad  de lograr una gestión y  control eficiente y eficaz del proceso, se trazó como objetivo general de la investigación: “Diseñar el Proceso de Recursos Humanos de la universidad”, basándose en el enfoque a procesos.  Se realizan varias tareas organizadas en un procedimiento general para el rediseño éste proceso estratégico. Además,  se utilizaron herramientas como la lista de Chequeo, el Diagrama Causa-Efecto, la  Matriz de debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades y técnicas y métodos como la entrevista, análisis y síntesis de la información, recopilación bibliográfica, consulta de las regulaciones que rigen los procedimientos del proceso en cuestión y la observación directa.  Al finalizar el estudio se obtuvo la descripción del proceso y de los 12 subprocesos que contiene.

    This work was developed in the Humans Resources Management of the Instituto Superior Politécnico "José Antonio Echeverría" (Cujae). In order to achieve efficient management and effective control of the process, outlined the general objective of the research : "Designing the Process of Human Resources of the university," based on the process approach. To complete this objective they were carried out several tasks organized in a general procedure for the redraw this strategic process. Specific tools were also used as the Checklist, Cause-Effect Diagram, Matrix  of weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities and investigative techniques and methods as interviewing workers in the area, analysis and synthesis of information, collecting literature, consults of the regulations that govern the procedures of the process in question and direct observation. When concluding the study was obtained the description of the processes and of the 12 subprocesses that contains.
